The Town Mouse and the Country Mouse

Once upon a time a Town Mouse went on a visit to his cousin in the country. He was rough, this cousin, but he loved his town friend and welcomed him heartily.

+ "Welcome to my house", the C.M said to his cousin.
- "Thank you!", the cousin said.
+ "Are you hungry? I have beans and bacon, cheese and bread.", the C.M offer to his cousin.
- "I can't understand how you could put up with such poor food. You must come to the town with me.", the T.M proposed.
+ "No... I don't like the town and I'm happy here.", the C.M said.
- "After a week in the town, you would never want to go back to live in the country.", the T.M claim.

The two mice set off for the town and arrived at the Town Mouse's residence late at night.

- "Do you want some refreshment? Follow me to the grand dining-room.", the T.M said.

There they found the remains of a fine feast, and soon the two mice were eating up jellies and cakes and all that was nice. Suddenly they heard growling and barking.

+ "What is this noise?", the C.M asked.
- "It is only the dogs of the house.", the T.M answered.
+ "I don't like this music at my dinner.", the C.M admitted to his cousin.

And at this moment the door flew open and two huge mastiffs, rushed in making the two mice run off.

+ "I left to the country. I'm not comfortable here." The C.M decided.
- "No, you can't go back to the country. The town is fantastic and you must stay here. Also, the food in the town is better than in the country.", the T.M beg.
+ "Better beans and bacon in peace than cakes and ale in fear."
